| James and Emily have competed in their first school downhill ski competition at Avon Ski Centre, James had a fall 2 meters before the finish line, which he would have had a time of 26 seconds approx, but they both did clear runs completing a time of 28.14 second for James and Emily's time was 30.25 seconds. |

| We spent a very windy day at Weston super mare beach, Sophie nearly got swept of a feet, but the kids enjoyed it running up and down on the sands with bare feet. |

| Sophie had a birthday party going to the cinema and watching the new film 'tangled', yes it was a good film even for us adults (it's all in the words), then having a nice meal at the Sidcot Arm in Winscombe.

| At school Emily did with her class a presentation at the school assembly, it was all about planting crops, removing the scarecrow as it wasn't doing its job properly as the birds, rabbits etc were eating the plants, but then the scarecrow gave the animals a warm place to live during the winter which resulted in the animals not eating the crops and the scarecrow being put back. Emily was a blackbird and she looked fab with very good bird actions! A really cute display by the class well done.

| I'm my birthday and I will cry if I want to - no seriously, it was Emily's and Daddy's birthdays and Andrea cooked a brilliant meal, she is a very good cook |

| Emily had a birthday party and her wish came true with having some dresses and some surprise presents a CD player CD's (and yes we are regretting that one!!), she invited a few of her friends around, mostly playing on the trampoline and then having a party meal, they all enjoyed it.

| James won the best improved skier of the week, he is doing brilliantly, they both started their first try-it-and-see lesson in October 2010, passed their free skiers certificated in November 2010 and now have joined Race training with their first competition on 14th May 2011
